Privacy statement

In the provision of our services, Cura may collect and process personal data about you, your clients, your suppliers and our own suppliers.  All personal data are processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.  Security of data is important to us and all feasible security measures are in place.
Part of our compliance with the legislation is the registration of the purposes for which we process data with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) - the "Notification".  This Notification is available on the Public Register of Data Controllers at www.ico.gov.uk
We may share data with third parties as part of the provision of our services and/or if we are required to do so by UK law. This may include sensitive personal data, for example if you require beer to meet special dietary requirements. However, we cannot accept liability for any processing conducted by third parties outside our remit.

None of the above affects your statutory rights to request access to any of your personal data we may hold.  Should you wish to make such a request, please do so in writing - email is acceptable.  Please note that we may charge a £10 administrative fee which is payable in advance and is non-refundable.
